Warner Brothers Studios
A single front-end for trailers scattered across multiple content management systems — built on-site with Warner Bros. as part of a multi-vendor Agile team and proven through a working prototype.

What we walked into.
Warner Brothers faced a challenge managing its digital assets for their global marketing teams. Video trailer content was housed across multiple content management systems with different user interfaces, making acquisition and delivery of video trailers a lengthy and cumbersome process. They wanted a single, online interface to enable marketing teams to easily select and access video assets to meet their day-to-day business needs.
How we worked.
- Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- Front-end Engineering
- Rich Internet Application Prototyping
- Multi-vendor Agile Collaboration
Naviscent embedded a team consisting of an Interaction Designer, Visual Designer and Engineer on site at Warner Brothers where we worked in an Agile software development environment as part of a multi-vendor, collaborative team. The approach was to create a single rich Internet application front-end that would pull video trailers from multiple underlying back-end content management systems.
What we delivered.
During an engagement that consisted of multiple Agile Sprints, the joint team created a functioning prototype of a new Digital Asset Management user interface, proving the concept for the business group stakeholders, which successfully set the stage for further development of the final Digital Asset Management development project.
One front-end. Multiple underlying systems. A working prototype that proved the concept for the business.
