Naviscent embedded a small, senior team — a Senior Usability Researcher, an Associate Researcher, participant recruiters, and project management — and ran Agile research at a fixed weekly cadence: roughly two studies a month, gathering data on Thursday and reporting the following Tuesday. The tight loop made research a standing part of the product process rather than an occasional event.
