THE FOUNDER

One researcher behind both companies.

George has more than 25 years of experience in User Experience and Market Research, Enterprise Software, and Sales Management. He has held multiple executive-level positions for companies of all sizes, leading research and design engagements for Fortune 1000 enterprises and beloved institutions alike.

He built Naviscent into a customer-centric firm focused on helping companies improve their overall user experience through market and usability research, sales performance, and research operations — then founded Galyx to bring that same discipline to small business through practical AI implementation.
